Most publishers sell back issues, so I presume News/400 could do the
same if you called them 800-621-1544 or 970-663-4700.

They also sell a CD-ROM will all the articles and code from every
issue Jan 1992 to date, plus a few selected articles prior to 1992.
You may want to consider this instead, since it gives a vast
storehouse of information which is searchable, etc, plus the
associated code.
