I'd be surprised if it wasn't on both CDs.  Try the Application and
System Support Bookshelf and look for OS/400 Object APIs, or just
search all bookshelves for Object APIs or QLICHGLL for that matter.


FWIW, I found it on the web by doing this:

 -  Start here to access English versions of V3R7 books:
 http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/pubs/html/as400/online/v4r3eng.htm

 - Click Search ov view all V4R3 books

 - Click Search button (so all books will be searched)

 - Enter search string of QLICHGLL and click Search

 - From list of 4 hits, take #1, Object APIs

 - From list of 2 matches, take #1, Change Library List (QLICHGLL)

The docs look identical to my V3R7 softcopy, except it adds that the
API is threadsafe.
