  I use a PC FTP server called FTP SERV-U, to push/pull files using the 400
FTP.  It is a cheap and secure server, and it works like a champ!  The web
site:  http://www.ftpservu.com/

  BTW, you can shorten namefmt 1 to NA 1 (typing minimalist ;-)  and I
believe that QDLS limits file names to 8 char.
