Try CFGSAW option 12.  Make sure the saw is defined as *TABLE with a
graphite blade. 

Then take option 10 and make sure there is any entry for Medium Density
Fiberboard (*MDF), High Density FiberBoard (*HDF), Pressure treated Lumber
(*PRSTRT) and any other wood that you may use.  (F4 to prompt.. help text is
pretty good too.) 

Then do,
STRSAWSVR SAW(*TABLE) PARM('shake 0' 'blade new') RESTART(*YES)

This should solve your problems.
