Re: IBM Rasies more $$$$$

there has always been a "Registered" area to the Knowledge Base that was only
accessible by those that pay for support line. This is just appears to e a 
change
in the format the information is presented. It could be considered a "Sales
Pitch", in that many are not aware of what they are missing.
