I'm sorry but I have to agree here. Since coming into the IBM fold about 3 
months
ago, I've had nothing but problems with getting information, both online and
other routes. Companies that service the PC and software (for windows) industry
have died for less. Seems like just to much dam thinking is going on at IBM, "I
think the MIS people would love this." then they write a 600 page manual about a
server and don't even give you the pin out for the various connectors on the 
back
of the $40,000 unit! Granted there big but come on, it's no wonder more people
are opting for other server options.  I had to learn from various newsgroups 
just
how to access basics. Spent 4 days in one subject on the web, and got more info
in one hour through newsgroups......and now my rant ends....
    Am I alone on this or what?
