OS is V4R3.  After install today, I left the Domino server started and left
it run for several hours to see how the system would balance the resources.
Upon checking I saw that an inordinate amount of memory was allocated to the
Machine pool.  Operation is primarily interactive; CAD (Computer Aided
Dispatching) for police department.  We are accostomed to and need immediate
response times.  The interactive pool was down to about 8000; Machine was
42000 or so.  Do I add memory and then add pools to the existing four pools
(machine, base, spool, and interactive)?
