Ed,

I cannot speak for the product you are asking about, but I can speak to the
3995 Optical Box.  We have been running one for 3 years and have had no
problems with it.  We are archiving all of our Production reports from both
a mainframe and production AS/400 to it.  We are using the Magellan's
SpyView product to do this.  The 3995 is attached to a Model 500 AS/400.
