Booth, > What about installing Client Access on OS/2? Is that useful? Don't wreck a perfectly good OS/2 setup by installing Client Access on it! For access from OS/2 I use the 8235 dialin client to connect to the AS/400 via PPP or to NT RAS or 8235 or Shiva boxes (Havn't tried but should also work with Livingston portmasters, Perle's 833 or BOS's LanLynk and others.) For emulation I use IBM's Personal Communications for OS/2. This solution is rock solid, just like the OS. Seriously Client Access for OS/2 is/was the ugly stepchild and never was worth the time installing it. The install diskettes if left wrapped up, however, made a great doorstop! - Larry -- Larry Bolhuis | What do you want to reload today?
