Time-Warp back 10 years...... Is anyone familiar with MCH5003 'Scalar operand contains a value that is not valid' when running S/38 RPG programs on an AS/400? We have loaded a large number of S/38 RPG and CL programs from tape onto an AS/400 running V4R2. The restore was clean and all the programs have observability and are converted. WHen you display them they claim earliest release of V1R1 and show compiling under V1R5 of CPF. All the CLPs run fine. ALL of the RPG programs yeild the MCH5003. We are running them in S/38 environment. Strangest part: Compiling them fixes the problem. Any ideas? We really don't want to re-compile them all since we believe there are source mismatches and possibly missing source? TIA - LArry -- Larry Bolhuis | What do you want to reload today?
