Are other TCP/IP functions working? Is TCP/IP new to your site? Can the
other PCs ping the AS/400 (go to DOS, type "ping 11.11.11.11" [without the
quotes, changing the IP address, of course])? Can the PCs ping each
other? Is there a router involved? Are all these PCs on the same subnet?
You're not truing to "share" a single IP address, are you? If your
working PC is disconnected, does one of the others work?
Answers to those questions would go a long way in determining where the
problem lies within the configuration.
