One approach would be like this, but it'll take some time and some disk
storage to complete:

DSPOBJD *ALL/*ALL OBJTYPE(*ALL) OUTPUT(*OUTFILE) +
    OUTFILE(MYLIB/ALLOBJS)
DSPFD *ALL/QRPGSRC *MBRLIST FILEATR(*PF) OUTPUT(*OUTFILE) +
    OUTFILE(MYLIB/ALLSRC)
DSPFD *ALL/QCLSRC *MBRLIST FILEATR(*PF) OUTPUT(*OUTFILE) +
    OUTFILE(MYLIB/ALLSRC) MBROPT(*ADD)
(repeat the last DSPFD until all source files processed)

Then, you could create a logical over MYLIB/ALLOBJS (which was created
above), keying on ODSRCF, ODSRCL, and ODSRCM.

Next, write a program that reads through MYLIB/ALLSRC and chains to your
new logical. The key fields used for the CHAIN would be MLFILE, MLLIB and
MLNAME. If CHAIN fails, print a line. (I've assumed you'll use RPG, but
the concept is sound for any language.)
