Sounds like a Fun weekend to me!

First off ONLY Qsecofr is enabled on a new box, so Al's trick of using
QPGMR isn't going to fly. What you will need to do is what was
mentioned earlier and IPL Manual to get to work with system values, then
change QLMTSECOFR to '0' so that Qsecofr is not restricted from that
device. (In the past you could have changed QSECURITY to '10' and
gotten around it that way but level 10 is no longer available). The
system must not be recognizing your CRT as the console all the way up
because if it were Qsecofr WOULD have access to it. If you Are getting
DST screens then it is set correctly (Port and Address) so I'm puzzled
on that one. If the above doesn't work then one last suggestion is to
change system value QIPLTYPE to '2' and bring it up again. This will
override the console to 'QCONSOLE' (instead of DSP01) and that should
temporarily get you in. (You will have A900 2000 on the panel during
this time.)
