Using PERL on the HTTP Web Server -- MIDRANGE-L

The CGI programs I was referring to are the PERL script files.  There is a
PERL.PGM CL program in PERL.LIB.  The script files cannot be in the QSYS.LIB
library structure can they?  Wouldn't the .cgi or .pl files be under the /HTML
directory?
