Sv: Inserting a record

First of all you have to choose between:

  o Finite number levels of 'comment to comment to comments to..'
or
  o Reorganize periodically

The first solution leeds to a finite number of keyfields, the second to a
single comment sequencenumber (sparce or with a single
'sub-sequence'number that is eliminated in the reorganize)
