It was not in the original announcement of CPF Release 8.0, but was added
to the Release 8 content after the announcement.  (If memory serves me,
Release 8.0 was announced in the February time frame, and not available
until the late fall.  Times were different then...

IBM decoded that the power of this command was ready for the marketplace,
and made it available.
