You can order the NLS versions of these languages, and put them on your AS/400 and see what you get. Additional language versions of OS/400 are free, except for the disk space they consume (somewhat less than 1 GB per language, although I have not measured the DBCS versions, which presumably are larger). Running different languages on a system is typically enabled using the SYSLIBLE parameter on the CRTSBSD/CHGSBSD commands (you need to press F10). I run French on two of my systems, because I have a customer that requires French.
