Title: Creating and Overlay object

Help.

I am trying to create and Overlay file (object type OVL) for printing a logo to an HP5SI printer.  I have set up CA and I believe an AFP printer.  I have printed my logo to the AFP printer and held the spool file.  From the operations navigator I have created an overlay file.  Now (if what I have done so far is right??) how to I get this to the AS/400 and create my overlay?  CPYFRMPCD will not copy up the file it says it can not find it.  But I have FTP'ed  it up and when I use it to create the overlay file I get a level check message.  I can not find a procedure that tells me the steps to create this overlay file with out the use of the APF Utility.  Can it be done?  Can some one tell me where I am going wrong?  Thanks in advance for your help.
