To really test it, you can copy the spool file to a 133 byte file, specifying
CTLCHAR(*FCFC). This will print lines with the Forms Control Character in the
first position. I don't know if you will see the UNDERLINE keyword properly (as 
seperate line with a FCFC of "0"). I know if you underline with an O specs in
RPG, you will see two records in the file. One will be the underlines, the other
the text printed.
