It means that the PTFs are for V4R1 not V4R3.  When you put in V4R3, the
PTFs for V4R1 are deleted from the system along with the release that
they apply to.

Not a concern as long as you have the PTf cumm package for V4R3, which
should have come with your V4R3 order.  If the order is older than a
month or so, you should order ptf SF99430 as soon as possible after the
install and apply it.  That ptf number gets you the latest cumm
package.  It gets sent by Airborne courier and usually arrives within
one or two days of the order.
