A friend of mine that doesn't subscribe to the list but soon will be, has a Client Access problem. He is on V4R3, CA 3.2, using PCs with Windows 98 using TCPIP thru an ethernet connection to the AS/400. The PTFs are current as is the service packs. Numerous times during the day, the connection to the AS/400 is dropped and the users have to sign back on the system. I have basically the same situation but am using Windows 95 and don't have any problems. My question is, where should we start looking for possible problems and solutions?
