Only thing that hits me immediately is to copy them to tape flat then copy
back in ...as if each were a PF...

ie, 1. cpyf....fmtopt(*cvtsrc) frommbr(xx)
    2. cpytotap ( or you could ovrtapf on step 0 and then use step 1 to
goto tape)
    
        on target box

    3. ovrtapf...
    4. cpyf tombr(xxx) mbropt(xxx)
