Most of us are using it only for email, but there are a handful of folks (me included for once!) that are using cooperative databases. It is absolutely wonderful for collaborative stuff; you can easily build a shared database with compressible outlines (you know; go from a zillion lines of detail to a bullet item and back with one click) very, very easily. For email, I'd rate it as fair (I had to change the default mail document to get those ">" characters and my sig at the bottom.) Searching a database is very quick. Don't try to impose relational concepts on it though - it doesn't work well that way. We have a pretty big 620 (1 gig RAM, 146 gig DASD) that we run Domino (the server bit) on, and it handles 150 users easily along with compiles and normal development work.
