Heads-Up: QTVOPNVT documentation incorrect

Mello All,

Just a warning to save some other poor soul a few hours wondering why their 
code doesn't work.

The SPIR states that the session initiation information parameter for the Open 
Virtual Terminal API must be 
4-byte aligned.  Well, that's wrong!  If you do go through the effort of 
aligning the variable length data 
the call to the API will fail.  The structure should be a simple collection of 
key, length, and data repeated 
as required for each option.

I have e-mailed a readers comment form so it should get fixed for upcoming 
releases.

If you don't understand what I am talking about then this problem won't concern 
you.  If you do then learn 
from it.
