NetServer questions -- MIDRANGE-L

Hi,
Two NetServer questions:
1/ How do I create a share on the AS/400? Say for example I
want library TESTLIB to show up in Network Neighbourhood,
how would I do this? I've been going through operations
navigator from top to bottom but can't seem to find
anything....
2/ In Network Neighbourhood a share by the name of QCA400
shows up, which is probably an IBM default share. However, I
can't find a library/folder/etc. of that name on the 400.
Connection to this share from the clients fail. What's going
on.

Pointers to some good documentation are most welcome.
