There are two ways to end a telnet session. One is using SIGNOFF ENDCNN(*YES). When using the SIGNOFF CL command, you can use F4 and select *YES for the ENDCNN parameter. Use ATTN key and type 99. The ATTN and 99, just ends the session(drops the TCP connection) but does not do AS/400 SIGNOFF. Richard G.
