I did it.

One thing will very soon come up: Everything must be documented. 'File a
signed conformation that that outdated paper has been maculated' and such.

An advice: Get rid of ALL paper, and if you can't, then define all paper as
'valid only 1 second after leaving the printer'. Everything concerning
'truth' has to be found on the database. 
For the IT procedure there were only one exception: The recovery procedure
was printed in two copies stored in each fire-safe box. This ment that
someone wrote: 'It's the responsability of the IT-manager to ensure that
theese copies are up-to-date'!!!
