ENDSBS *IMMED should kill all the jobs that are running in the subsystem, 
and ENDWTR *ALL should end all the printer jobs.  Al posted a program you 
can take a peek at to see how IBM quiesces the system to restricted state.  
Do a RTVCLSRC on QMNSAVE in QSYS...
