If you gain ownership of QSYSOPR message queue, you should be able to respond
to those messages programatically.  There's a bit of setup in that, though.
What message(s) are you trying to avoid?  Perhaps an ENDJOB or some such
would do what you want?  Is it a timing issue maybe?
