Conversion Package OCL36 - CL -- MIDRANGE-L

Hi All,

Working on OCL36 to CL conversion.  Would like to know if I could find a
package that does at least a skeleton conversion.  Has anyone worked on any
such package and give me a feedback on the reliability of the package and
cost?  Would appreciate all the help.
