crtsrvpgm fails with cpf5d07 -- MIDRANGE-L

We recently upgraded from v3r1 to v3r2.  Now crtsrvpgm fails with cpf5d07
(source file record length too long).  Our source files have record length
112.  This worked fine on v3r1.

Does anyone know if there's a ptf available for v3r2 to make crtsrvpgm
accept source files with record length 112?
