RE: Debugging SMTP send problems -- MIDRANGE-L

× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.

Search the knowledgebase for "flight recorders".  These are designed for 
debugging, but generate a huge amount of data.  Be sure you
know how and when to turn them off before you turn them on.  They provide 
detailed debugging info for you or IBM.  If you can ping
any host at "xxx.mks.com" (not by IP address) then DNS or host table is finding 
the domain OK.
