I'ts French:  "VOILA"   meaning, ''Look at that over there!'' (spoken
dramatically).

Compare with "VOICI" meaning, "Look at this here!"  (also spoken dramatically).

Voila is pronounced,  vwah-lah'  (yes, you do have to pronounce both the V
and the W!)

Voici is pronounced,  vwah-see'  (ditto)
