This won't answer your question, but we also had our old box over 90%
and warning messages were appearing in QSYSOPR.  I checked the system
for stuff to delete and couldn't find much.  Then I looked at our
Outqs... and deleted about 2000 old spooled files from way back...
brought us down to 83% and that is where we've been ever since.  Check
your Outqs... maybe you'll get lucky!
