Maybe this will help. From the WRKSBS screen, check to see if the QSNADS subsystem is started. You can verify this by checking the list of subsystems -- if it's listed then it's up. Then verify the following: status of the controller/device (at least varyonp); user directory info; distribution queue status. I think I'm missing something but try it anyway.
