Sorry guys didn't mean to create a fuss over this. I appreciate your
responses. Here's some background info on our situation:

We're running TR and have approximately 150(?) workstations. The lag
is kind of bad at times and I'm really looking for an immediate (but
also intermediary) solution. Initially, we were planning to migrate
to ethernet a while back but two factors put the plans on hold. The
first was whether we were going to stay in our current location or
move to another. We didn't want to spend money on changing the
infrastructure and end up leaving.

The second factor was when we heard about 100M TR. I'm not sure if
it's even available yet but the suits in my company wanted to explore
that avenue first. Right now we're trying to survive with what we
got which is 4/16M TR.

The 8230 concentrators look like they'll satisfy our needs but I was
hoping that I could get some testimonials of live installations. That
would be super cool!! Thanks again.
