When you execute the Display Spooled File (DSPSPLF) command, the command gets a *SHRRD lock on the database file and member in the QSPL library. So try this, run DSPSPLF for the spooled file in question. The do system request option 3 to run the Display Job (DSPJOB) command. From DSPJOB, take option 12 to "Display locks". Scroll down to find the file in QSPL, and take option 5 on that file to see the member name.
