Lloyd,

Do the following to get the information required.

1. WRKOUTQ(your outq)
2. Option 5 for the spool file for which you want to know file and member name
3. System request, option 3 (to work with job)
4. Option 12, work with locks
5. Scroll through the list until you find either a Q04079Nnnn or Q00512Nnnn 
file (This is the file name you are looking for)
6. Option 5, member locks on this file will give you the member name in the file
