Glenn,

Though not a command, the Search System Directory (QOKSCHD) API allows
you to access the user defined fields within the system directory.  The
API is documented in the Office APIs chapter of the System API Reference.

Though I am not familiar with how you determine the status of e-mail
forwarding I am assuming from the Subject line that you need access to
the user defined fields.  If this is an incorrect assumption, then
never mind...
