I did mean those keys - although the Citibank ATM's around here (Chicago)
have touch screens - they're very polite, too.

Hmm. You must not be a customer of Wells Fargo Bank. With the exception of
the
splash screen it's all character based technology at the WFB ATM's. Point
and
click? Oh, you mean those "function keys" along the side of the screen?
Maybe
they're using touch screens where you are?
