I've often wondered about that - think abouit it, even if you knew what those keys said, could you operate an ATM without your vision? Expecially since they ar not all uniform. He said that without a Braile CRT to go with :::them they are as useless as braile labels for :::the controls in his car. Drive-through or not, he does not use them. Interesting. I wouldn't base my design decision for an ATM based on one piece of anecdotal evidence, but still interesting. :::But don't start me on the ADA!!! I'm very thankful for the ADA. Removing barriers for disabled people is a good idea, don't you agree?
