Would it make a difference why she left way back when? Are those factors different today? If not, could/should they be? One suggestion though: Expectations change, people change. She will not be what she was last time; so it may be best to be sure she is hired for a different job. Not wildly different maybe, but take the time to define the job differently and both of you will be happier in her new job. imho.
