× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Not to defend this practice, but to explain how it can happen:

An otherwise honest employee feels like they got 4 hours worth of work done in 
2.
Or due to lack of interruptions, the project schedule said 4 hours to write
something and it got done in 2.
