Also, check the set up in the 3197 terminal to be sure the printer support
is turned on and emulating the proper device.

+AHw-Turn on the device, when at a sign-on screen turn on the printer.
+AHw-wait a few seconds, printer device should now be in varied on status.
+AHw-you can now start the writer (strprtwtr writer-name out-queue-name).
