When I go to "ftp utility" in the help from the start menu, I get a 
complete list the FTP sub commands.

It is probably about the only documentation on the FTP.EXE utility you 
are going to find.  Since the original poster said FTP.Exe, I assme 
that he was meaning the windows version...not the as/400 one.

On Win/95/NT, go to your Start menu and select "Help".  then search on 
FTP.
