ILE objects are larger than OPM objects. Maybe you need to increase the size of your interactive memory pool? A couple of other suggestions. When your program B returns to program A, return with *INLR=*Off. You will pay a performance price on the first call, but later calls will be quicker. Just remember that when program A is ready to end, you should call program B and tell it to end also. That means that you need another parameter in program B. or Make program B a service program. It will take a little longer for program A to start, but calls to program B will be very fast. With this method, you won't be able to call program B from a command line, unless you create another program to run from the command line that invokes the program B service program. __________________________________________________________ Jerry R.
