Just in case you haven't resolved this one yet... Try adding an HP Laserjet Series II driver to your PC. Then from the Client Access session select it as the default printer. What it'll do is emulate an HP II on your HP5L. It's worked for us on all types of printers HP II, IIIxx, 4x, 5xx, 4000 but for different reasons. We were getting truncation on a bunch of our reports and instead of changing them we just added/used the HP Laserjet Series II driver.
