I include my links as text; I cut it out of my browser and paste it into 
the message...  It appears that some mailers make this text "clickable" so 
that you can jump from the email message to the browser very easily.  John 
Carr's links work this way for me, and I can also read them in English; 
i.e. they are not an attachment, but text.
