Any thoughts? >> I went to the one a couple weeks ago and was disappointed. The Killer Apps speaker wasn't bad, but wasn't overly interesting. The guy from IBM who spoke on what the AS/400 could do was great, but for the most part I think he was preaching to the choir. I had no idea what to expect since there was no agenda on the web site. I registered thru their web site a few days in advance, but when I got there they had no record of me registering. (Probably had an NT server handling that). There was a small vendor expo, but nothing exciting. If you were top management who knew nothing of the AS/400, this gave you an good understanding of its capabilities. But for me, it offered almost nothing I didn't already know.
