This time with feeling (and spell check)...
We are not on their frame (yet) but we do have a 256 transatlantic link and
64k links into our cities. Pings typically get around 230 to 265 millisecond
responses. Our users have no complaints and they seem to have resolved the
international telco problems.
A plus for IBM is the multilingual helpdesks.
